Utility and industrial power plants constantly face challenges to improve reliability while maintaining fuel flexibility, reducing emissions and decreasing maintenance costs. Power plants and industrial facilities need to employ ongoing O&M measures to ensure improved availability and high profitability. Upgrades, modernization, retrofits and optimization are all key boiler engineering services providing effective solutions to improve reliability.
Varkaus: 09:00 AM | New Delhi: 11:30 AM | Hanoi/Bangkok: 01:00 PM | Hong Kong: 02:00PM | Seoul: 03:00 PM
Significant attention is required on routine maintenance areas such as boiler testing & tuning, boiler corrosion/erosion/fouling analyses, CFD, fuel/additive evaluations, and finally, root cause & failure analysis. In addition, specific operational expertise in combustion tuning, reduced pressure operation, superheat temperature changes, water quality issues, tube failure analyses, and refractory/casing issues are critical for ensuring reliability and efficient operation of the boiler.
This informative webinar will cover best practices in maintenance & engineering in focused areas of services for solid fuel boilers (PC, CFB, BFB, stoker, etc.) and help energy facilities make informed decisions about the necessary preventive measures to improve reliability, availability, and extend boiler life.
In this webinar, Sami Marjeta, Customer Manager (Service), based in Varkaus, Finland and John Q Murphy, Director, Global Manufacturing of Sumitomo SHI FW, based in Hanoi, Vietnam, will address the following topics:

In addition to the above topics, the webinar will also discuss the benefits of LTSA’s and remote management techniques such as Smart Boilers to improve asset efficiency & availability, expand fuel range, minimize plant downtime and O&M costs.
Attendees are encouraged to ask questions which will be covered during the Q&A session of the webinar.
